Shinrin Yoku Collection
If you've ever listened to me talk for long, I'm sure you've heard me begin to ramble about the fact that I don't dig Western medicine. I prefer the "nature medicine" approach whenever possible (and safe, of course) and Shinrin Yoku is a practice that I personally adore. When I'm anxious, depressed, etc. I have definitely been known to take off into the woods to just... remember how to breathe. This collection was made to represent that concept.
Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese term that means "forest bathing". The idea is simple. If a person simply visits a natural area and walks in a relaxed way, calming, rejuvenating and restorative benefits can be achieved.
